My Story

I have been a student of health and nutrition for over 20 years.  I have had my own health struggles including extreme stress, fatigue and gut issues. Using food as medicine, lifestyle changes and supplementation I have been able to find balance in my life and I would love to help you on your journey.  

My philosophy is a holistic perspective.  I will meet you where you are currently in your life and serve you intuitively as a guide in your process of healing and growth.  I know successful lifestyle and behavioral changes require a safe, supportive and caring relationship, which I am able to provide.  I look at health with a very broad perspective, meaning health as it involves your whole life - physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual.  It's not just about the food you feed your body, but it's also about what feeds your soul.  


The Process

I firmly believe everyone has the answers inside of them and I will help you discover what works for you to create permanent lasting change.  Here's how it works:

  1. We will discover what really motivates you and celebrate the impacts small changes make on your life.

  2. I will provide support on your journey and cultivate your capacity for lasting change.

  3. You will learn a lot along the way! Whether it's healthy recipes or a new resource, I will share skills and practices to keep you moving forward.

  4. I will provide accountability that emphasizes mindful goal setting.

  5. I will provide positive reinforcement and show you how positive mental and physical health can fuel an energetic, joyful life!
