I’m Pamela, the founder of Savor Your Wellness and it’s my goal to support women (and some men) to live their best lives. If you struggle with weight gain, fatigue, lack of sleep, chronic health issues and finding balance in your life, you are in the right place.
My healthy journey started over 20 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. I started reading everything I could about nutrition and healthy lifestyle so I could be the best parent possible and raise a healthy child. I became so passionate about healthy eating that I became a certified raw food chef and instructor and a vegan chef and I received my health coach certification so I could teach others about the power of food and lifestyle choices.
I am grateful for all the work I have done as it has helped me on my own journey. Despite my knowledge and lifestyle, I have personally struggled with extreme stress, hormone and gut issues, and sleep problems and have come out on the other end ready to share my experiences and wisdom.
Thanks to Pam, I've lost 10 lbs in 3 months, my blood pressure is the best it's been in years, my LDLs are lower, my HDLs are higher and my triglycerides are significantly lower. My A1Cs have gone from 7 to 5.7 which means I'm not even pre-diabetic at this time. She's inspired me to stick to healthy eating for life!
